By submitting designs, artwork, or other content ("Customer Content") to oCustomBoxes, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and create derivative works from the Customer Content for the purpose of producing your ordered products and marketing our services.

Customer Responsibilities

Content Submission

You are solely responsible for all Customer Content you submit to oCustomBoxes. You warrant and represent that:

1. You have all necessary rights, permissions, and authority to submit the Customer Content
2. Your Customer Content does not infringe upon any third party's rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other personal or proprietary rights
3. Your Customer Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations

Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring that all users of your account comply with these Terms

Technical Requirements and Specifications

Artwork Requirements

• All artwork must be submitted in CMYK format
• Minimum resolution of 300 DPI required
• File formats accepted: AI, EPS, PSD, PDF
• We are not responsible for:
  • Color variations resulting from RGB to CMYK conversion
  • Print quality issues arising from low-resolution artwork
  • Design discrepancies due to incorrect file preparation

Proofing Process

1. Digital proofs will be provided for all orders
2. Customer approval is required before production begins
3. You are responsible for:
   • Reviewing all specifications
   • Checking dimensions and measurements
   • Verifying spelling and content accuracy
   • Confirming color specifications

Production and Quality Standards

Color Matching

• We strive for 90% color accuracy based on approved proofs
• Exact color matching is not guaranteed due to:
  • Variations in printing surfaces
  • Different material properties
  • Technical limitations of the printing process
• Physical color proofs are available for an additional charge

Material Specifications

• Standard materials are not food-grade unless specifically requested
• Food-grade requirements must be communicated in writing before order placement
• Additional charges may apply for specialty materials

Order Processes

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges apply based on the production stage:

1. Pre-design stage: $50 administrative fee plus 5% of order value
2. Post-design, pre-production: 20% of total order value
3. Production stage: 50% of total order value
4. Shipping stage: No cancellation possible

Design Services

• Design service fees are non-refundable
• Ownership of design files remains with oCustomBoxes
• High-resolution design files are available for purchase separately

We offer three production options:

1. Standard Service (10-14 business days)
   • Non-guaranteed shipping time
   • Free ground shipping within the continental US
   • Production begins after proof approval
2. Priority Service (8 business days)
   • Guaranteed production time
   • Free ground shipping within the continental US
   • Rush fees apply
3. Express Service (6 business days)
   • Fastest production time
   • Premium shipping options are available
   • Additional rush charges apply

Shipping Terms

• All shipping times start after proof approval
• Proof approval deadline: 11:00 AM EST
• Late approvals add one business day to production time
• International shipping subject to customs clearance

Returns and Warranty

Inspection and Claims

• Inspect all products within 3 business days of receipt
• Report defects, damage, or missing items within this period
• Claims submitted after 3 business days may not be honored

Return Requirements

• Return authorization required before shipping
• 99% of product must be returned within 20 days
• Customer responsible for return shipping costs
• Rush charges are non-refundable

Reprint Policy

• Reprints issued only for verified manufacturer errors
• Proof of defect required
• Return of defective products may be required
• No cash refunds or credits issued

Limitation of Liability

• Carrier delays or service interruptions
• International customs delays
• Any circumstances beyond our direct control

Quality Variations

• Minor color variations
• Slight size variations within industry standards
• Issues resulting from customer-supplied artwork
• Post-production modifications by customer

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless oCustomBoxes, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

1. Your violation of these Terms
2. Your use of the Site
3. Your Customer Content
4. Any breach of your representations and warranties
